About the Role
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling graphics. You will be responsible for creating digital and print designs, including social media assets, marketing materials, website graphics, and branding elements. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required, along with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you'll work closely with our marketing and content teams.
* Graphic Designer produces graphic art and visual materials for print, web, video and other digital media
* The role works with the Fortune & Forks staff to provide art direction and design workflows from creative vision to delivery, helping to craft the team’s message in striking, visually appealing ways
* Design and deliver high-quality creative visual concepts for print, digital, and interactive media that effectively communicate the story of Fortune & Forks and its philanthropic priorities
* These materials include but are not limited to, brochures, newsletters, proposals, templates, web graphics, digital and print ads, event materials, etc
* Collaborate with the Project Manager to determine project scope, deadlines, and creative direction and to secure client revisions and approvals
* Adhere and implement to Fortune & Forks branding into project designs
* Effectively manage projects and workload on various projects through completion, adhering to deadlines
Requirements
3-5 years of Graphic Design experience
Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator
Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
Ability to understand and follow instructions
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate, high-quality work
Proficient in printing processes with the ability to collaborate with vendors to ensure high-quality, print-ready files
Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Proven ability to implement branding into projects
